Imagine building your own home, second home or cabin just minutes from Yellowstone National Park.  This is Hebgen Lake Estates.  Or imagine a relaxing vacation in the comfort of a  condominium, complete with all the amenities, away from stresses of civilization.  This is Yellowstone Village Condominiums.  Both Hebgen Lake Estates and Yellowstone Village Condominiums are situated in a meadow, on a peninsula of a majestic alpine lake, surrounded by a panoramic vista of soaring mountains and beautiful pines.  We're located just 9½ miles from Yellowstone National Park - the crown jewel of America's national parks and the world's first national park. 

The Greater Yellowstone Area offers unlimited recreational opportunities year round.   Cast a fly in some of the nation's best blue-ribbon trout streams, many within a 15 minute drive.  Fish 300 miles of blue-ribbon trout fishing streams like the Madison, Henry's Fork, Gallatin, Firehole and Yellowstone Rivers.  Experience world-class whitewater rafting on the Gallatin and Snake Rivers.   Enjoy camping, hiking, mountain bike riding, and horseback riding.  Explore the Park, take-in the area's wildlife, or just enjoy the serenity of nature.  Winter is the time snowmobiling excitement takes over West Yellowstone, which is appropriately known as the "Snowmobile Capitol of the World".  Take a snowmobile into Yellowstone.  Outside the Park, the surrounding area has more than 400 miles of outstanding, groomed trails.  Glide quietly through the forests on cross country skis.  Cross country skiing can begin at your front door, with some of the finest snow in the West, including the groomed, world-class Rendezvous Ski Trail system.   Alpine skiing is spectacular, with three world-class ski resorts less than a four-hour drive away:  Big Sky, Montana; Grand Targhee, Idaho; and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Yellowstone Village Condominiums:  Is a quiet, informal mountain retreat situated in a large open meadow with a view of nearby Hebgen Lake and the surrounding mountain peaks and forests.  More than likely, you'll see wildlife right outside your door.  Our condominiums are modern and comfortably furnished, with fully equipped kitchens and fireplaces.  Outdoor pool and tennis courts are on site for our summer guests.
